How does the fund work?
The Bass Pro Cares Fund is an employee assistance program supported by contributions from team members across Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, White River Marine Group and Big Cedar Lodge. It offers one-time grants to help Outfitters facing unexpected, qualifying hardships cover essential living expenses, including housing, utilities, medical costs, home repairs and other approved needs. Thanks to these employee contributions and the generous support of Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris, the fund has awarded more than $5 million in assistance to Outfitters since its establishment in 2016.
Full-time and part-time team members who have been employed for at least 90 days are eligible to apply online. Additional eligibility requirements may apply. For questions, please contact your HR Manager or supervisor for more information.
