Text Message Program Terms
Outfitter Text Alerts
This is a mobile messaging system offered to current Outfitters and team members. Mobile subscribers can enroll by updating their mobile number in your Bass Pro Shops Workday account. By providing your number, you agree to receive real-time mobile messages regarding important company updates and any critical safety information. By opting in, you agree to receive Bass Pro Shops alerts and updates via text from Bass Pro Shops and our SMS service provider, and to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Up to 15 messages per month. Message frequency may vary.
By opting in, each Bass Pro Shops mobile subscriber:
- Represents that the subscriber is the authorized user of the mobile device and owner of the mobile phone number provided in the enrollment process;
- Gives Bass Pro Shops express permission to send text messages (including auto-dialed, pre-recorded and/or promotional messages) to the mobile number until the subscriber tells Bass Pro Shops to stop;
- Agrees to receive text messages from Bass Pro Shops even if the registered mobile number is on a Do-Not-Call list;
Participation is voluntary. You are not required to participate. If you change carriers or change or deactivate your mobile number, it is your responsibility to update your phone number in Workday to ensure it matches your current phone number. If you are separated from the company, your number will be removed from the Text Alerts program as soon as the information is processed by HR and removed from Workday.
How to cancel. To cancel Outfitter Text Alerts, please reply STOP to any text at any time and receive one final text acknowledging receipt of your STOP Bass Pro Shops Text Alerts request. If you have enrolled in any other customer-facing Bass Pro Shops text messaging program including Offers & Updates and Orders & Shipping, you must reply STOP to each program.
To get help with text messages. Reply HELP to any text at any time. Bass Pro Shops does not charge any fee for your participation in either text message program. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding message or data rates or charges that may apply.
