Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s offering $1,000 retention bonus to Distribution Center team members
Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s is rewarding $1,000 retention bonuses to every one of its Distribution Center team members as the outdoor retailer continues to invest in its team and invite more great people to join the company.
To thank its Distribution Center teams for their incredible efforts, the company is awarding the bonus to all Distribution Center team members employed before September 11, 2020 who continue to work in good standing through December 19, 2020.
The new retention bonus is second team member bonus awarded this year. In July, the company offered distribution, retail and manufacturing plant members a bonus ranging from $250 to $1,000, representing a multimillion-dollar investment in its people.
“Our Distribution Center team members are the very heartbeat of serving our customers, working to fulfill orders that help families connect with nature at a time when it’s needed more than ever,” said noted conservationist and Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris. “We are very grateful to our incredible distribution center team members for their outstanding efforts and ongoing commitment to helping our customers make lifelong happy memories in the great outdoors.”
